Overview of BCPortal
BCPortal is a service designed to facilitate information aggregation and communication within companies in the context of Business Continuity Planning (BCP). The application is accessible via smart devices, allowing users to connect regardless of time and location.

The platform supports secure and efficient communication both internally and externally:

 <li>Facilitates prompt notifications for sudden meetings, changes in arrangements, or relaying information to team members who are out of the office.</li>
 <li>Enables the sharing of knowledge along with reporting and consultation.</li>
</ul>
In emergency or disaster situations, BCPortal serves as a third communication method, supplementing traditional phone and email communication:

 <li>Consolidates and shares critical safety information required for disaster preparedness.</li>
 <li>Allows for rapid understanding of real-time conditions on-site.</li>

Features of the Application
<ul>
 <li>SNS Timeline Functionality: Users can post images and comments, enabling information sharing on a timeline. This remains effective even during disasters when phone and email connectivity may be compromised, as long as internet access is available.</li>
 <li>SNS Group Chat Feature: Facilitates communication via chat with specific members, complete with notification capabilities. During disasters, users can exchange real-time updates regarding transportation conditions or surrounding damage.</li>
 <li>Access to Information Sharing Portal: Provides access to a portal site featuring company announcements and critical disaster-related information, serving as a useful resource during emergencies.</li>
